Our History
To most business leaders, “corporate responsibility” means doing good on the side. Instead of using their vast resources to make meaningful progress on today’s biggest problems, they take on a handful of pro bono projects or host a volunteering event. Too often, the private sector turns away from today’s biggest problems, leaving nonprofits, government agencies, and non-government organizations to actually solve them.
But that’s not the Fearless way.
For-profit businesses like Fearless directly impact many of today’s biggest problems, whether knowingly or unknowingly. We’re often closer in proximity to systemic issues than most organizations, making us uniquely positioned to solve them. This paired with Fearless’ access to resources, capital, talent, innovation, industries, and platforms makes our responsibility greater than most. With this in mind, Fearless provided infrastructure support for the launch of Technology Growth Initiative doing business as The Fearless Institute.
The Fearless Institute is an independent 501 c (3) Non-Profit Organization that serves as a hub for people to grow their connections, lend their expertise, and make an impact. Our mission is to facilitate meaningful collaborations and initiatives that reduce systemic barriers, create wealth-building opportunities, and make measurable impact.
